For New Clients: The referral must be a first-time visitor who has not previously been seen at our hospital.

Name Must Be Provided: Your name must be listed at the time of the new client’s first appointment.

Issued After First Visit: Credits are applied after the referred pet completes a paid initial visit.

Service Credit Only: Referral credits are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with other promotions.
